FRUITS
Painting 12 by 36 inches, acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas. Here are several images of a painting in progress, I started with wet on wet surface and enjoyed mixing colors right on the canvas. Then I mixed paint with acrylic glazing and shaped objects and the next layer I applied a pure paint without a glaze.
This painting was inspired by many fruits that I got at one time after a party.
I made a still life on the porch stairs because I wanted to show cascade of a fruits.
This is another painting of a same still life, 24 by 48 inches. Acrylic on canvas.
Then I took several photo shoots with different type of lenses and angles. It was hard to choose just one to paint and I made several different sizes of paintings.
